Wedding Coordination · Western MA & CT

Be present for the day you've planned.

You've put so much of yourselves into this celebration. Wedding coordination is about giving those plans a thoughtful handoff, so you can spend your wedding day with your people—not keeping track of every moving piece.

    Let's talk about your wedding

    A personal kind of support

Someone to hold the details with you.

Wedding planning brings together a lot of people, decisions, and small details. Even when you love the process, it can be hard to imagine stepping away from it once the day arrives.

At Evergreen, coordination starts with understanding what matters to you. Kristina will talk with you about your plans, the support you already have, and the parts you'd like help bringing together.

Whether you need a hand near the finish line or guidance earlier on, we'll discuss the right level of involvement before you commit. You don't need to have all the answers before that first conversation.

    Meet you where you are

    Three ways to find support.

Day-of, month-of, and full planning are starting points for the conversation. We'll work through the responsibilities, timing, and details of your service together at consultation.

    01

    Day-of Coordination

For the plans you've already made.

You've chosen your vendors and shaped your celebration. Now you're looking for someone to help carry those plans into the wedding day, so you aren't the person everyone turns to with a timing question. We'll discuss the preparation and day-of support your wedding needs.

    02

    Month-of Coordination

For the final pieces coming together.

As your wedding approaches, details that once felt separate begin to overlap. Month-of coordination offers a place to work through those final connections: the schedule, vendor communication, and the practical handoff from planning to celebrating. We'll agree on the scope during your consultation.

    03

    Full Planning

    For guidance along the way.

If you'd like support while the bigger decisions are still ahead, full planning gives us the opportunity to talk through the celebration as a whole. We'll discuss your priorities, where you need help making decisions, and what an ongoing planning relationship could look like for your wedding.

The practical side of a meaningful day

    It's the connections that count.

A timeline isn't just a list of times. It's how the ceremony relates to photographs, how vendors know where to be, and how your guests move from one part of the celebration to the next.

In our consultation, we'll look at the details that need to connect: your venue's requirements, vendor responsibilities, key moments, and who is handling what. That conversation helps us define the coordination support that fits your wedding.

The goal is a shared understanding of the day, with space for the moments you don't want to rush.

    A clear place to start

    First, we'll listen.

You can come to us at different stages of planning. Here's how we begin to understand the support you need.

    1. 01

      Tell us about your celebration

Share your date, location, what you've planned so far, and what feels unfinished. Let us know which parts of the day you're most excited about—and which details are weighing on you.

    2. 02

Talk through the right level of help

We'll discuss day-of, month-of, or full planning in relation to your actual plans. This is where we clarify responsibilities, communication, and the details of working together.

    3. 03

      Bring the plans into focus

Once the scope is agreed, we'll use it to guide the next steps. Your venue, vendors, and priorities inform what needs attention and how the handoff toward your wedding day will work.

    Your celebration
    has our attention.

Evergreen takes on just one event per day. It's a personal approach to a personal occasion, with room to get to know your wedding rather than treat it as another date on the calendar.

During your consultation, we'll discuss availability and the details of reserving your date. The studio's date deposit is $500.

Interested in flowers as well? Explore Wedding Florals. We can talk about both services and clarify how each fits into your plans.

    A little clarity

    Before we begin.

You don't need every detail figured out to get in touch. Here are a few things you might be wondering.

Which level of coordination is right for us?

That depends on where you are in planning and what you'd like help with. Day-of, month-of, and full planning offer different starting points. Tell us what you've already arranged, and we'll discuss the scope that makes sense for your celebration.

Are flowers and coordination the same service?

They are distinct services. Floral design focuses on creating and placing your flowers; coordination considers the broader plans for the celebration. If you're interested in both, we'll discuss each scope and how they relate during your consultation.

Do we need to have our venue booked?

Share your venue if you have one, or your intended location if you're still deciding. Knowing your date, planning stage, and priorities helps us have a useful conversation about what support you need.

What is included, and how much does it cost?

Service details and pricing are discussed at consultation, based on your wedding and the level of support you're seeking. We'll clarify the agreed responsibilities and booking details rather than assume every wedding needs the same package.

    Where do you offer coordination?

Evergreen works with couples across Western Massachusetts and Connecticut. Include your wedding location when you reach out so we can discuss your venue and the practical details.
